Tell us the discipline, the athlete’s age or level, and when the costume is needed. You’ll get an estimate and a realistic delivery date back. The studio is in the Metro Vancouver area and fittings are booked by appointment, but you can order from anywhere: we ship.

What to include in your message
The more of this you can answer up front, the faster the estimate.
Discipline & level
Dance, figure skating or gymnastics, plus the style or category and the level the athlete competes at.
The date
The date you need the costume delivered, and where it is going if it needs to ship. The calendar fills up in season, so the earlier you ask the better.
The idea
Colors, the music, a sketch, or photos of costumes you like. A rough idea is plenty to start.
Stone coverage
Light, moderate or full. This moves the price more than anything else, so it's worth saying early.
Common questions
How far ahead should I order?
Six to eight weeks is comfortable for a competition dress or leotard, and longer for team orders. Rush work is sometimes possible, so ask and you'll get a straight answer.
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. Estimates are free, and you'll have the price and the delivery date before any fabric is cut.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate per order anywhere in Canada. The exact rate depends on the carrier, and most orders go by Canada Post, so it is worked out with your estimate before anything is made. For a team, a club or any large order, get in touch and we’ll calculate it per costume.
My skater is still growing. Is that a problem?
No. Every costume is made to fit properly from the start, and the stretch fabrics we use mean it usually keeps fitting for two to three years.
Can you work from a photo of a costume I like?
Yes, as a starting point for colors, shape and stoning. Designs are adapted to the athlete rather than copied outright.
Do you fix costumes you didn't make?
Often, yes, but we need to see the costume first. Bring it in and we'll assess what can be done and what it will cost.
